Position Overview:
As a full-time bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol service.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Keep accurate tabs and process payments efficiently.
Assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Must be 21 or older and possess appropriate alcohol service certification (if required by state).
